e Marine is pleased to offer our customers limited free technical support on the various products that we sell and service. Our sales staff has limited technical knowledge on troubleshooting to the level of support customers typically need and therefore technical support questions should be directed only via email to support@emarine.systems. Email response will be answered within 24- 48 hours. Please provide as much detail on your technical question and also installation photographs of the specific problem which often helps to answer many of the questions that will come up in trying to offer assistance. Given customers are in so many time zones across the world the email correspondence has proven most effective. Technical support is not available by telephone.

If you are unable to find your manufacturer on the list, please refer to the Instruction Manual that came with the product for contact information.
