Shipping and Returns

e Marine Systems is committed to privacy and security for all of our clients. Because we respect your right to privacy, we have developed a Privacy Statement as indicated below.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed upon receipt. However, actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Some large items require custom packaging and may take longer to prepare for shipment. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to reach you by phone. If the delay is due to backorder you will be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute another item or cancel your order.

Shipping charges are standard UPS rates for US. Sometimes rates calculated are incorrect and may be adjusted at time of order entry or shipment.

International Shipments

The customer is responsible for shipping fees from Freight Forwarder and all Duties, Customs/Import fees, Value-added taxes and any other fees required.

Freight (pallet) Shipping is Dock to Dock

Item(s) that are too large or heavy to ship UPS are shipped by ground freight, usually on a pallet. This is very typical for larger solar panels above 140 W. A pallet fee will be applied to your order. Basic freight shipping is dock to dock (not residential). If a local commercial delivery dock is not specified at time of order, we will ship to the nearest terminal where the shipment will be held for “will call” pick up.

If the delivery address is to a residence, the freight company will have an additional special handling fee for delivery and unloading. Most cases, truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. This results in an additional "Residential" plus a "Lift Gate" special handling fee being applied if the driver unloads the merchandise to the curb at the residence. If you have scheduled a residential delivery, the shipping carrier will call and schedule delivery of the order, (provided the product fits their lift gate service).

You can avoid the residential and lift gate fees by arranging a "Will Call" pickup at the closest freight company terminal. In that case, you will need a copy of the Invoice, and a photo ID.

Always check your products prior to signing the receipt of delivery for damage. Always notify the carrier if there is any signs of damage to assure insurance claim for the damage products can be made.


Returns:

Every product that we offer is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty details of each product are available on request. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back any electronic replacement parts (components, boards, modules etc) used for repairing of a product, these are considered non-returnable/non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days. Before you return your product, you must get a return goods number (RMA) from e Marine, please call or email us to get the number. All returns require an authorization number. All returns are subject to final inspection and all exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals. We will charge you for replacements of damaged, altered or missing accessories and manuals.

Returns are subject to a restocking fee, depending upon the condition of goods and packaging material. All standard returned products that are in good working order and were not shipped in error are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom or special order products may have a higher restocking fee or may not be returnable.
