Full Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell Marine, Recreational Vehicles and Off-Grid Renewable products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Create hook up diagrams or material to present to customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. Preferred if the experience is in Renewable Energy.
• Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft 260 Business SW platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Prior Experience with boat ownership is preferred.
• Bi-Lingual - Spanish & English is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $37,500.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
